went for a nice walk today with four other birders today at pleimont good fun and some nice birds inculding some skylarks and a peregrine, but then near the end of our walk a well know spotter passing in his car told me about a great northern diver in a bay near by which when i saw it gave me 129 for my frist year (nine months). very pleased and still four days left.
just a ten min walk at the park.
normal blue tits, goldfinchs etc but going on a walk there today with the local group so i may still increase my year list. 26 birds today nothing uncommon but some nice photos i think but please give your view.
went out today and had 29, nothing too uncommon but the highlights where a kingfisher at the vale pond and a close encounter with a kestrel at pulias pond and meeting and talking to some follow local birders always a highlight.
